Reform Academy was created from the vision behind Reform Pilates — a premium Pilates studio founded in Uluwatu, Bali, with the intention of creating movement spaces that feel both elevated and welcoming.

What began as a boutique reformer studio quickly grew into a strong community built around intentional movement, thoughtful teaching and meaningful client experience. As Reform evolved, so did the desire to create an education platform that reflects the same values and standards that shaped our studios.

At Reform Academy, we believe Pilates education should go beyond simply learning exercises or memorising choreography. Great instructors are developed through experience, mentorship, confidence and a deep understanding of movement.

Our training combines contemporary Pilates education with hands-on studio practice, modern teaching methodology, anatomy foundations and real-world instructor development. Hosted at our flagship Reform+ studio in Uluwatu, the experience is designed to feel immersive, supportive, and inspiring from beginning to end.

We intentionally keep our learning environment personal and welcoming. Through small group training, guided mentorship, and real studio exposure, students are supported not only in becoming certified instructors but in developing their own teaching presence and confidence.
