Trained through Polestar Pilates (USA), she combines the precision of Classical Pilates with the adaptability of Contemporary movement to develop confident, knowledgeable and industry-ready instructors.
Having led successful teacher training programs in Bali and Vietnam, Anna is recognised for her hands-on mentorship, technical expertise and purposeful teaching — empowering every graduate to teach with confidence.

Do I need prior Pilates experience?
Yes. A minimum of 20–30 Mat or Reformer classes is recommended before attending the in-person intensive.

Are refunds available?
All payments are non-refundable due to limited capacity and digital content access. Transfers may be arranged with prior written approval at least 30 days before training begins.
When do online modules open?
Access to the online portal is granted one month before the in-person training begins, upon completion of full payment.
